+ Your pricing says “starting at”, what determines the final cost of my investment?
Every shoot is different, so it is difficult to provide a flat rate for all scenarios. A couple of things factor into your final invoice:
- Travel expenses- One location within a 25-mile radius is complementary. Outside of this radius or extra locations within the 45-minute timeframe will be an additional 55 cents per mile.
- Length of shoot- 45 minutes is included in each standard portrait package. An additional half-hour is $75, or $150 for an additional full hour.
+ What should I do to prepare for the shoot?
Get excited! Plan out an outfit or two that you feel comfortable in, bring extra layers in case of inclement weather.
Think about the look and feel you would like to evoke through this shoot; sharing your Pinterest boards and sample photos with me is a great way to do this. Go take a look at my galleries and see if any of my past shoots fit your vision.
Create a playlist of music that makes you feel good, or I’ll be happy to provide some music- I will have a bluetooth speaker and readily-available Spotify access. Anything from Enya to Slayer to WuTang is welcome.
+ When will I receive my photos?
Editing is a huge part of the process, and every single photo you receive will be artfully transformed into the best-possible product. Typically, turnaround for a standard 45-minute portrait shoot is two weeks, max. For longer shoots, this time may increase. I will be able to give you a more accurate timeframe upon booking.
+ How do I receive my photos and what can I do with them?
All photos will be sent through a private digital gallery on my website. As a client, you have full usage and printing rights.
